Any person who uses the Bitdemy site is considered a user by registering on the site and declares that he or she has read and accepted the rules and regulations written on this page.

User account

All users are required to create an account to use the Bitdemy website services.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BitDemy services and must enter correct and up-to-date information when creating an account.

It is not possible to change the email address of a user account, and the user must be diligent in protecting access to the email and the BitDemi website. If the user loses or forgets their email address, Bitdemy cannot grant that person access to the account.

The user does not have the right to allow other natural or legal persons to use their account or to transfer their account to another person.

Commenting

The ability to post comments is open to everyone, but no user should publish their sensitive information, such as their password, in the comments section.

It is also prohibited to use bots to post comments, send spam content, and post obscene, defamatory, and immoral content.

Intellectual property of Bitdemy

The user accepts that, according to these terms and conditions, by purchasing any training or product, he/she is granted only a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it.

It is possible to download each course up to 20 times through the user panel, and after that, this number can only be extended by paying a fee.

Using Bitdemy tutorials and their content, such as any videos or product images, text descriptions, etc., except on the Bitdemy site, is a violation and the abuser will be dealt with in accordance with computer crime laws.

A user paying with a stolen card or other people's account and bank card information without their knowledge is a form of fraud and computer crime, in which case the user's account will be blocked and the user will be required to compensate for the damage.

Support

All professional products (products that have been paid for) include one month of free support, during which the user can submit a maximum of 10 support tickets.

Support can be extended by paying a fee after the product expires, and currently, with each purchase, it is possible to purchase one month of support and up to 10 more tickets.

When submitting a ticket to receive support, the user is required to send sufficient, accurate, and relevant information about the purchased product regarding their request or problem in order to receive relevant and better support.

Refund conditions

In accordance with Article 37 of the Electronic Commerce Law and Articles 38 and 42 of the Executive Regulations of the Electronic Commerce Law of IRI, return policies do not apply to Bitdemy products that cannot be returned by the user due to their digital nature.

Therefore, any incorrect or repeated purchase, failure to read the course or product descriptions, failure to pay attention to the prerequisites, or inability to use the training or product due to poor technical knowledge are not eligible for a refund.

Updates

There is a possibility that these rules and regulations will be updated in the future, which will be notified to users via email.
